Kai & Ply

This modern extension off the back of a traditional villa in Stanley Bay was designed by Phillips Associates. The new cavernous space allowed us to design and build a large, statement kitchen that dovetailed perfectly with the clean-lined contemporary architecture.

Dark grey and birch plywood cabinetry was used to match the new plywood ceiling. Stainless steel on a plywood substrate was custom-made for the work area, with natural honed stone on the island benchtop and waterfall edge.
